Verner Wheelock is Managing Director of Verner Wheelock Associates which specialises in the provision of training and consultancy in Food Safety, HACCP and Nutrition. Formerly he was Head of the Food Policy Research Unit at the University of Bradford, and Special Professor in Food Science at the University of Nottingham.
